Background
TS4U was set up to take advantage of the growth of the BPO market place within the UK and Europe. We have enjoyed success in outsourcing a wide range of Client projects within the UK, near-shore and far-shore markets.
People
Our key people are contact centre and telecoms professionals with a wealth of experience in managing and migrating Client programs. All key staff have senior level management positions within blue chip and plc organisations within the UK and Europe. Our Operations people have been delivering outsourced projects in near and far shore markets since early 2000 and have a proven track record in exceeding Client Service Levels
Our contact agents are highly trained, qualified and experienced in call handling with special emphasis placed on listening skills and successful call resolution. We place importance on developing our agents in line with our Clients brand values, culture and business objectives.
Platforms
TS4U have invested heavily in technology and telecoms platforms which provide a level of confidence in our ability to deliver, handle, action and report on high volumes of inbound and outbound calls. Through ownership of our own telecoms infrastructure this enables us to provide full number ranges, complete management of the call, resilience, redundancy and instant disaster recovery. We have also invested in the technology to provide front end real time reporting tool kits offering customised web based reporting and real time voice recording
Mission
Our mission is to answer all customer calls in a quick and efficient manner, leaving our customers with a good call experience. We aim to develop a close customer relationship through excellent listening, problem solving and speech skills. We would like all our customers to be comfortable with referring us to their friends and colleagues
