What we do

Spectrum Outsourcing provides a complete range of contact centre services for inbound, outbound, email, chat and SMS. Our inbound capability ranges from customer services, sales order lines, upsell, cross sell, technical support, warranty, retention and billing. We support Clients from our UK, European and Far Shore contact centres across all verticals including financial services, media, retail, telecoms, utilities, leisure, travel, services and public sector. We can support full Pan European services through our European contact centre offering 22 languages support.
